    Saku Saku is a light, delicate lager with unmatched drinkability and crispness.

    This brilliant, straw colored refresher was brewed with a base of pilsner malt and Jasmine rice and hopped lightly in the kettle with Hallertau and Lemondrop.

    The Jasmine rice lightens the beerā€™s slender body while lending gentle back-note flavors of puffed rice.

    This nimble, light-bodied brew cuts deftly across the palate like a samuraiā€™s sharpened blade, leaving only feelings of refreshment in its crispy wake.

    We get gentle notes of sweet barley grain, puffed jasmine rice, white cracker, lemon mist, zested yuzu, and white flowers.
