Beer Broadcast is a platform built for breweries to release goods and products to customers online. The platform makes scheduling and releasing goods simple by automating the entire process from end-to-end.
Customers subscribe to breweries for text message and email alerts about new products and event tickets the moment they're released.
How much does it cost?
It's free to sign up for a store page. Beer Broadcast charges a $0.99 service fee for all paid orders. You can choose to absorb the cost of the service fee or pass them on to your customers at checkout. Free events are always free and do not include a service fee.
How do I get paid?
Payment is processed using Square. If you don't currently have an account, you'll need to create a Square account prior to selling products or tickets on Beer Broadcast. Money gets deposited directly into your Square account without any hold.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected].
How do I scan a QR code?
To scan QR codes for order pickup or event tickets, open the camera app on your phone and focus over the QR code to scan. A link will open leading to the order summary. You can mark orders as "picked up" or check in guest for an event.
Troubleshooting: Make sure you're logged into your admin account on Beer Broadcast, otherwise orders won't be pulled up correctly.
My customer doesn't have their QR code, now what?
You can lookup an order from the "Orders" tab in your store management page. Search for orders using the order number, email address or name.
How do I get a sales report?
Sales reports can be exported from the "Orders" page of your store management page by selecting a date range and clicking "Export as CSV". Depending on the date range, and the amount of data being exported, it may take a while to process.

How do I pick up my order?
Every order includes a QR code which gets scanned when you arrive to pick up your order. Some places might offer multiple pickup windows at checkout, so be sure to double check what you selected before arriving for pickup.
I can't pick up my order, can someone else do it for me?
Yes, if the business allows for proxy pickup, you can share your QR code and have someone else pick up your order. Check the order details for more information about proxy pickup.
Can my order be delivered?
Yes, if a business offers delivery, if you are within their delivery radius and meet their minimum order requirements, your order can be delivered.
Can I turn off notifications?
Yes, you can manage your notifications from your account settings. But beware, turning off all notifications means you will not be notified of new releases from the breweries you're subscribed to.
How do I cancel my order?
To request cancelation, contact the store directly. In some cases, orders can not be canceled.
