The Bees Knees cocktail originated in the era of prohibition mixing gin, lemon juice, and honey, served shaken and chilled.
Our Bees Knees keeps with that prohibition-style, blending gin botanicals, zested lemons, and honey from The Fir Farm into our base sour. The result is an effervescent aroma of juniper and lemon, a crisp and clean sour with lingering notes of gin and lemon followed by a softened body by the honey. Please do not try to shake, but do serve chilled.
