It's Ed - Barrel fermented Belgian Dubbel

Brewed and named in honor of every Monmouth County brewery's favorite patron, Ed Morawski. This Belgian Dubbel was fermented and conditioned in rum barrels that were used to age Mead before filling with It's Ed. The aroma has notes of cherry, oak and apple. A dry and soft body mixes the natural sweetness of this Dubbel with tones of rum and mead, finishing off with oak and a wild funk.
