Jam Donats is a heavily fruited sour ale that was brewed with a base of pale barley malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats.
This festive brew was fermented with a special, lactic acid producing yeast strain before being cold conditioned on an abundance of Concord grapes and Saigon cinnamon sticks.
Jam Donats pours a deep, vibrant, reddish-purple hue into a glass and leaves behind frothy rings of fruity foam with each gulp.
This tasty treat opens with aromas of freshly crushed red grapes, drinks with a luscious medium body, and closes with a refreshingly tart, fruity finish.
We get notes of cinnamon sugar dusted jam filled donuts (sufganiyah), Welch’s grape juice, Sweet Tarts candies, and puff pastry smothered with grape jelly.

COQUITO 🇵🇷🎄
This seasonal treat was crafted to emulate the famous Coquito cocktail, a Puerto Rican holiday drink made with rum, coconut, and cinnamon, and often garnished with a dash of nutmeg.
To accomplish this feat, we pulled out some mature imperial stout from its two year slumber in coconut rum barrels and then conditioned it on heaps of toasted coconut, Saigon cinnamon sticks, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of cracked nutmeg.
Coquito is a dark colored, full-bodied, viscous, decadent, imperial stout teeming with layers of bold aromas and flavors that are sure to bring you warmth and cheer this holiday season!
We get notes of barrel aged coconut rum, sweet cinnamon, toasted coconut, creamy vanilla, nutmeg, toasted oak, candied dates, dark chocolate, crème brûlée, and Puerto Rican Coquito.
