Phanboying - Collab with Stillwater- DDH NEIPA with Phantasm, Galaxy, and Vic Secret
When we first got the opportunity to collaborate with Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal, we were thrilled beyond belief. Brian has long been one of the foremost nomadic brewers in the world, and he had been putting out amazing and innovative beers for more than a decade. After years of guest brewing, Brian put down roots with his own brewery at the same time we did, in Spring of '23. Since those roots were in Washington State, that made this collab a bit different than the others we've done! We needed something special—and a stockpile of rare Phantasm Thiol Powder from New Zealand fit the bill. Kveik yeast, Galaxy and Vic Secret hops, Phantasm powder and a bit of mash hopping. The result? A delicious IPA, hazy and juicy with an 8.4% ABV that explodes with tropical fruit flavor. Do not miss your chance at Phanboying!
