July Can Release - Part 3
For the first time ever, we brewed an Italian Pils that is very true to style, which is notably different then a German or Czech Pilsner as it is dry-hopped unlike the aforementioned traditional Pilsners.
And to pair with that, it’s that time of year when the hops from NZ are at their finest, so we brought back our very first single-hop DIPA Mostly Dead, but this time we dry-hopped it with @crosbyhops CGX Lupulin Pellets.

Bawnjourno
Italian Pilsner 4.9%
Dry Hopped with Saphir
Sweet Grain, Black Tea, Gorlami
Well, we already know how to get to Carnegie Hall, practice. But now we know how to say Buongiorno if you are a moonshiner from Tennessee who took Italian lessons from the Italian Stallion himself. Our first-ever Italian Pils comes in at just under 5% and was dry-hopped with German Saphir (a little ironic) that has a complex but balanced spicy, floral and fruity character to it. The result is a really beautiful pilsner that has herbal notes of black tea with a sweet grain backbone from the decoction process.

Mostly Dead
Single Hop DIPA 8%
Nelson Sauvin
Sweet Resin, Overripe Fruit, Miraculous
We are especially excited for this Mostly Dead batch, which was our very first iteration of our single hop series, but this time we cranked it up to 11 by dry-hopping with @Crosbyhops CGX Lupulin Pellets, which use their advanced cryogenic hop-processing technology to deliver concentrated lupulin pellets jam-packed with resins and oils. This beer is an interplay of earthy sweet resin and overripe fruit with an almost banana undertone. The CGX really makes this one pop!

A Beer Grows in Brooklyn
10°P Czech Pils 4%
Dry Hopped with Saaz
Herbal/Noble/Toasted Grain
Whenever a beer sits in a tank for a long period of time, two things happen: you sample it a lot along the way, and you get really eager to finally release it. Well, the time has finally come for our very special Collab with @wildeastbrewing.
We actually took their recipe and decoction schedule for their Czech-style pils Little Patience (which is a lower ABV version of their flagship Patience and Fortitude) and brewed it on our system with one very distinct difference, we dry-hopped it with Saaz from our mutual friends @crosbyhops.
If you love this dry-hopped pils as much as we do, you should make your next beer run to Brooklyn to check out Wild East's unbelievably charming taproom, which has a beautiful selection of well crafted beers. Actually, if you're doing nothing tomorrow during the day, you may see us brewing The Royal Rug with their twist at Wild East!
