December Release
We’ve got three new and exciting beers for you this week!
Our classic Rauchbier spent one year in Penelope bourbon barrels and
our fan favorite Total Consciousness IPA was amped up once more with the help of our new friends @freestylehops using Phantasm enriched Motueka and Motueka Hop Kief to bring us a mega delicious new brew! But wait, there’ s more…our first European collab; an IPA with more oats and wheat than we have ever used before and a new American hop called Luminosa, developed via zoom with our buds from Poland who we met @praguebeerfest, Tankbusters.

We had the absolute pleasure of helping @wildeastbrewing at the @praguebeerfest back in March. Part of that incredible experience was meeting brewers from around the globe. While there were many breweries we bonded with, we ended up making a special connection with @browar.tankbusters over our love for movies, American pop culture and of course, beer. We brewed a virtual collab that was released in Poland for the TankBuster anniversary, and now we are finally releasing our version of the recipe that we developed together.
You may expect this to be a Grodziskie (knowing how much we love our smoked lagers) but our friends in Poland love the juice, so this is our IPA collab with a HEAVY dose of Oats and Wheat, and a new hop called Luminosa to pair with Citra, Strata and El Dorado. The result is a juicy IPA bursting with notes of guava and ripe pineapple.
A very special thanks to John Daly of @amityislandgiftshop for allowing us to use his beautiful art on our can label. John is known for his awesome movie scene prints, and we often raffle them off during our AE Movie Nights!

Lemon-Lime/Resin/Punch in the Face
Back again, but in Mega form!
Mega Consciousness is our most costly IPA that we have ever brewed, but the experiment showcasing @freestylehops new Phantasm enriched Motueka AND Motueka hop kief was worth it! Motueka is known for its lemon/lime citrus notes with the Phantasm mega-amplifying those citrus and tropical aromas in this mega-hopped beer.

You see Billy it’s like this, you either smoke or you get smoked. And you got smoked. For all you Rauchbier lovers out there, You Got Smoked is back, but this time, we barrel-aged it! Our same delicious lightly smoked, naturally carbonated 8-week lager, was aged for 1 year in Penelope bourbon barrels.

Holiday Glass 2023
It's not the jelly of the month club...it's our 2023 brand new holiday glass, featuring the amazing design by @lisa_haney_illustration that was also on our Box of Beer. But if you fill this up too many times in one night, you may just be asking yourself; "Where's the Tylenol?"
