December BIG Can Release
Kicking off December in a big, big way…let’s start with an IPA that’s Arnold-size big, Born To Be Bad. Last time we brewed this NZ 9% IPA we paired it with his smaller brother Holy Schmoly, but with this cold weather requiring a little something to keep you warm, we decided to release a second DIPA with it, Inconceivable, our single-hop Stata.
But we didn’t stop there…with the holidays approaching we wanted something sweet to go along with this release, so we brewed a big stout and conditioned it on a whole lot of chocolate, backed-up by graham crackers and marshmallows, as an ode to a Wonka Bar with a little nod to Augustus, hence the name Gloop! Of course, it wouldn't be a Wonka Bar without 5 golden tickets hidden somewhere, right?
Finally, we are beyond excited to release our first beer conditioned in our brand new foeder, Goodnight Sweet Prince. This Tmavé Pivo is such a beautiful beer on its own, but the time it spent lagering in the foeder really softened it up!

Orange Peel/Sap/Iocane Powder(not really(maybe))
We are only dropping one beer this week, but it’s a good one! Inconceivable, you may say, well that is the beer we are releasing. Come stock up for Christmas and New Years with our single hop DIPA brewed with copious amounts of Strata hops.
Developed by the @indiehops breeding program, who better than to share their description of this incredible hop: “Hard to imagine ‘taking it to 11’ in such an elegant manner. Passionfruit, melon, strawberry, grapefruit, rock concert cannabis and dried chili peppers. Hard to resist.”

DDH Double IPA 9%
Nelson Sauvin/Motueka/NZ Cascade
Melon/Sweet Resin/Hints of Grandma’s Hard Candy
We are fully aware that we use Pac Sun in our beers quite often, so if you are looking for a NZ hopped IPA that uses a bunch of other amazing hops grown in New Zealand, look no further than Born To Be Bad, our 9% juicy DIPA. We used a heavy hand while dry-hopping this beer to cut through the high ABV, which really allows this beer to lead with melon on the nose and some sweet resin to back it up. This beer will really pump you up!

Back from the ashes, this double-decocted dark czech lager was used to introduce beer to our foeder for the very first time about one year ago. Now it's back and brewed exactly the same way, spending 6-weeks in our oak foeder to add that delicate softness to this beautiful Tmavé Pivo.

What happens when you take an already beautiful beer, and replace the malt with organic malt, the yeast with organic yeast, the horizontal stainless steel tank with a horizontal oak foeder, and condition it with Krausen? You get a really, really special beer; Willy’s Gold. Even better, our can design pays homage to the oldest brewery in the world while also embracing Willy himself! Big shoutout to @lisahanley and @boyburnsbarn for making this label come to life.

The Day After Yesterday
The day after yesterday…you mean, today? That’s right, after two years in the barrel, The Day After Yesterday is here! With strong notes of caramel, toffee, dark fruit and bourbon, this Barleywine packs a punch at 14% but it finishes dry and doesnt linger heavy on the pallet. We recommend serving this at 55 degrees to really let the flavors bloom.

A Beautiful Friendship - Rye with Vanilla
We are beyond excited to finally release our second anniversary stout, A Beautiful Friendship. Before we even opened, we were lucky enough to make two new friends, @Barnettvineyards and @Penelopebourbon. Last year for our first anniversary, we released our barrel-aged stout using Barnett Vineyards Cab barrels. Shortly after, our friends at Penelope stopped by with a little taste of this incredible Rye Whiskey Mike had samples of. We went nuts for it, and decided to brew a Rye stout to age in those same rye barrels as soon as they were dumped. We patiently waited and waited over 18-months, then added very special vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea before bottle-conditioning for another 2-months. Now the time is here to release A Beautiful Friendship Rye Vanilla Imperial Stout, which we can say with confidence, is our best Stout yet. Thank you @penelopebourbon for A Beautiful Friendship.

Floral/Rustic/Blueberry Jam
Stella Blue is a barrel-aged Saison that spent 14 months in Chardonnay barrels, and then rested on fresh NJ Blueberries, then was bottle-conditioned with Brettanomyces. All the years combine, they melt into a dream. A broken angel sings from a guitar. In the end, there’s just a beer. Stella Blue...
