Pac Sun, coming to you all the way from New Zealand via our incredible partners @crosbyhops is described by Crosby as lemon and clementine, backed up by melon and mango. When you combine that with our single-hop grain bill and huge whirlpool/dry-hop additions, you get Juicy Fruit gum, berry fruit cocktail and a hint of lemon-lime. Gandalf, put that in your pipe and smoked it!

Hanzo was so popular last year, we had to bring it back, this time in a 16oz can! This 2.6% Table Lager is brewed with England’s finest Jasmine Green Tea. Perhaps one of the greatest characters in any movie, and despite having a larger-than-life presence, Hanzo is delicate and beautiful just like his swords. But unlike his instruments of death, this beer is made for day drinking and drinking and drinking, perfect for the rest of summer! One final word on this…this is truly one of our finest labels. For our second iteration in our “I Know” series, we decided to put every hop we have into Choose Wisely, our Triple IPA! Galaxy, Strata, Simcoe, Nectron, & Citra are all packed into one BIG BOULDER OF A BEER.
Aromas of tropical fruit are most pungent in this citrus forward beer, along with slight earthy, piney flavors to bring it all together. This beer is heavily oated to give a smoother, yet fuller-bodied mouthfeel.
For the can design, we chose our two winners from this year's art show, Dave and Katie to team up and work together on one beautiful can label! In Dave's words: "Katie and I both made our own 'half' of the label, working with the Indiana Jones grail scene as the main focus. We opted to play with the idea of 'he chose poorly / he chose wisely' as the main idea. There are a few small Star Wars references as well!"
So be sure to pick up a 4-pack (or two..), admire the artwork, and really enjoy this delicious brew!

We are back with our 6th iteration of All-American Amazonian! This time around, we took the same oat forward grian bill and soured that in our kettle. From there we tossed in some Jersey Fresh Blueberries and some lemon peels to make this fruited sour ale the perfect refresher for that summer heat!
