Our SOCHNY agave and hop spirit aged in a barrel previously filled with delicious rum made by our friends at Dachshund Distilling. This limited Sochny batch picked up distinct flavors from the rum and has a distinct vanilla note not typical of usual SOCHNY releases.
In This Release
SOCHNY
An agave distillate that makes up for the lack of flavors in agave nectar by utilizing hopping techniques from beer brewing. This spirit is made with the use of mosaic and Willamette hops as well as bitter Curacao orange peel to create something with a ton of flavor while remaining in the same family as a tequila.
